Mst common brands of tea, although Green tea contains the highest levels, you can reduce it by drinking it weak and fresh and with milk. Grape Juice, any processed food products made in areas which already have fluoridated drinking water so buy fresh food and organic food. Most brands of toothpaste especially in the USA so shop around for non fluoridated brands. Trace elements of fluoride occur in most products so try to avoid the worst examples as its bioaccumulative and builds up in the bones and teeth over time. Its not essential, definitely toxic and doesnt even protect teeth but actually damages them with fluorosis, giving brown stains, and are often an indication of skeletal fluorosis, making bones brittle. For full information visit the Fluoride Action Network Website. www.fluoridealert.net or join Friends of the Earth UK and allied organisations and actively campaign for pure water.
