It depends on the the dogs' genetics. If the yellow lab is a pure yellow from all yellow parents and all yellow grandparents and so on and the chocolate lab is the same, then they would most likely have a mixture of both colors. Yet this is not typical. Almost all dogs have all different kinds of colors in their DNA despite their solid colored coat. You can basically expect just about any color to appear. There is no way to predict just how they pups will look until they're born.

Usually, all puppies look like they have blue eyes when they are born, Their is a lot of Siberian Husky puppies that have blue eyes and they keep their blue eyes. Siberian Husky puppies can also have party color eyes blue and brown or one blue and one brown.
Arctic wolves have the same color eyes as other wolves. Their eyes are mainly amber/brown or gold, but can also be green, brown, gray, or yellow. Puppies are born with dark/navy blue eyes (never light/sky blue-- if this is the case, the puppies are not wolves at all, but pure dogs). An adult wolf, arctic or not, will NEVER have blue eyes, and if they do, again, they are simply a dog.
