If there was a connection (no pun) then the place to look for any would be in the region of the brain called the limbic system, and in particular the amygdala. This is where sexual arousal is processed and check for loss of binding sites on the neurons. The neurotransmitter responsible for playing a role in arousal is epinephrine and also norepinephrine. These, along with acetylcholine ACH with is used for muscle contraction, may be involved. The other component that provides the feeling of pleasure is oxytocin. These are used by people without the disorder of pedophilia during sexual activity. What is probably also involved in some way is the way the brain is 'wired' to release these neurotransmitters at the inappropriate times and trigger a sexual response that is associated with children, instead of other adults. If you consider that the nervous and endocrine systems work very closely with each other, if there is any link in one, then the other is also involved. So along with the neurotransmitters affecting this condition there would likely be a neural processing condition as well.
