One thing to consider is the quality of education. There is going to be drama wherever you go, social ups and downs, etc, but that education is going to be with you your whole life, even after you've forgotten most of the people you knew in school.
Also make sure you are safe though. If the school won't deal with a bully and you are being abused, it's perfectly okay to leave and make sure you stay safe. You can still contact your friends on email, facebook, text, or many other ways.
