At your age, your hormones are raging wild, which is normal, so of course you think about sex a lot. But having sexual feelings for your sister is not normal, nor is it acceptable. It doesn't mean you are a bad person, just that your hormones are ruling instead of your head. This does happen when teens reach your age, but it's how you deal with those feelings that make the difference.

You need to keep some distance between yourself and your sister until you can get these feelings under control. For your sake, your sister's sake, and the sake of your whole family, you really need to work hard on redirecting your feelings. And above all, don't ever act on those feelings. This would possibly ruin your relationship with her forever.

She may feel betrayed, hurt, angry, confused and degraded if she knew the feelings you've been having for her, which would be completely understandable. Also, think of the embarrassment you would feel if she were to tell your parents or any other family members, as well as the resentment the rest of the family may have about it, too. So don't ever tell or show her how you are feeling about her. Once those words or actions are out, it's like trying to un-ring a bell - it can't be done, just as you could never take those words or actions back.

Start dating girls your own age, which will help distract you from the thoughts you have for your sister, and will help you form relationships that are healthy. Your sexual thoughts of your sister will prevent you from having fun, normal relationships with other girls if you continue to dwell on those thoughts about her.

Once you realize your hormones are playing a huge role in your feelings, you will be able to overcome those thoughts and feelings about her, and focus on girls at school, or girls you know from your circle of friends.

I realize the teen years can be difficult; your body is going through all sorts of changes, developing into adulthood. But if you follow your head and not your hormones, you will be able to control the sexual feelings you are having towards your sister before you cause irreparable damage to your family unit.
