See a doctor. There is no way to know for sure what you need to do since special circumstances can arise depending on your age, your socioeconomic situation, your health, etc. A good place to start is to see your doctor about your pregnancy.
If you're planning on keeping the child, for sure start taking some basic pregnancy supplements - omega 3 fatty acids, a multivitamin, vitamin B12 and folic acid for sure. If you cannot afford the supplements, there are good food sources that you can substitute (ex. flax seed for omega 3). These nutrients will decrease the risks of birth defects and problems with brain development of the baby.
