Dump her. Let me tell you what she is doing- She dumps you then she feels soooo bad at you hurting and that you cant live without her and of course she misses you terribly (sniff sniff) so then she dumps him for you and everyone (except him) is happy again. So then finds herself in the same position where he can't possibly live without her either and she misses him terribly too. Oh God such decisions to make (throws hand against her forehead like a drama queen) She is living the "drama" honey while you both pay the price. You can do better than that.

No it won't. Once it has turned, it has turned. There is no turning back.
This is not to say that unlike milk, people can't change. They can. However, before you let someone who has left your life, either by your decision or theirs, you need to give them ample opportunity to demonstrate that change.
If it was a good enough reason to break up, it is usually a good enough reason to remain so.
