A relaxed meeting to chat this out between all three of you should be suggested.
Arrange to meet in a public place, such as a coffee shop.
Let everybody speak - calmly - without interruption for a while.
Then let your boyfriend explain that he is not interested in this girl.
Make sure that you all leave with the acceptance that there is no future for her with him.
But..... be prepared for the possibility that you might hear something you might not like to hear.
If she won't agree to the meeting, then tell her that the police will be told that she is harassing him.
If he won't agree to the meeting then you will need to review your relationship with him.... there may well be something you don't know.
