Having a crush on a girl is normal. If you do have a crush on a girl and you feel you need to tell her, then do that. But if you think she will freak out and react badly then it's probably not such a good idea to tell her. Also, if your crush is already in a relationship it is probably a not-so-good choice to tell her. If you have a crush on a girl but you don't think you want to tell her, then that's fine. Do nothing. But if you feel uncomfortable around her, you should either tell her (unless she's in a relationship), or avoid her as best you can.
