My Pediatrician just had this conversation with me about our hot tub.... Any child younger than 5 years old should not be in a hot tub or pool hotter than 90 degrees for any length of time (we fudge and let ours in at 93 degrees.... she's 4). 103 degrees is way too high! Children younger than 5 can't regulate their body temps like adults and older kids. It takes them much longer to cool their bodies back down to normal body temp (which can be dangerous).
around 60 is a safe temperatuare if you are not in the pool too long.
Within 20 degrees of body temperature. IE around 75-80 degrees.

It is only safe to swim in a pool when a dead rat is found if it has been drained and sanitized. You risk dying if you enter before the pool has been 100 percent sanitized.
Read the label, but usually it is safe. Pool Masters
Shock your pool at sundown and you can swim in it the next morning.

There are several fun idea for kids in the summer. Kids can camp, go to the lake to swim, swim at your local pool, have sleepovers, etc.

Usually they can. It depends on the space available in the pool. Lessons will usually not take up the entire pool so i'm guessing the rest of the pool would be open to free swim.
It is not recommended to swim in water that is being treated with most algaecides.
