To stay healthy,the main thing is to exercise and have a better meal. Meal should always be in balance. Even the time u eat,sleep and wkes up also matters to have a good health in life. Health doesn't mean keeping your health balanced and good,but it also matters your mental health. Doin yoga and meditation helps your mental and health improvement.

Even doing exercise, jogging can also help your body to stay healthy.
