There are many diseases physical and mental which we go through our life. Exercises benefits us from many ways.

it helps us to control weight. by burning calories.

over weight is the disease which makes over life living hell.

Reduce your risk of Heart diseases. Exercise make us active blood flow in our body parts increase and they work better and it helps us to manage and regulate body sugar and insulin levels.

its makes our bone and muscles strong which can make our body away from diseases of bones etc we can also save ourselves from

diseases like cancer. breast and urine and lungs

when we exercise our body will enjoy its sleep and we can stay away from sleeping disorders. it also increases sexual health .

it improves our metal health as well. chemical are released that improve

mood and make us feel more and more relaxed . which reduces stress level and depression as well.
