Well, first thing I would recommend is to have some yogurt with live cultures. Yogurt contains probiotics which can be immensely helpful for digestive issues. I'd also recommend that you get some Pepto-Bismal, which is OTC and can also help with digestive issues. You should also consider increasing your fiber intake. Fiber can help with loose bowel movements, and most people, Americans at least, don't get enough fiber.
If none of this helps, or your symptoms get worse or anything like that, you should see a doctor. Unfortunately digestive symptoms can point to numerous problems, a lot of times it's nothing, but if you can't remedy it with the things I mentioned above, it's worth checking out.
