There are numerous treatments that may help someone with a hearing impairment. Dumb is a perspective just because someone has different skills sets does not make them less intelligent then another.

∙ 13y agoI have deaf parents, and there is no treatment for this.
They do have hearing-aids that help you hear a little bit.
But other then that, there is no treatment that I know of for deaf people.
