Listed in your owner's manual. May also be listed on the oil fill cap. You can use 5w30 until you find out for sure the correct weight. If you are asking about a brand of oil, then any major brand oil is fine. I personally use Pennzoil oil and Purolator filters, and have for over 30 years. Never had an internal engine problem but I also change my oil religiously and change the Air Filter every 30,000 miles which is as important as changing the oil. It is more about regular oil changes and a quality filter than the brand. I change my oil/filter every 5,000 miles on my current vehicles.
The oil pan is underneath the motor on a Honda Passport. You can take the car to a mechanic to have the oil pan changed.
