Depending upon the use, it can be a 3 phaze or 1 phaze induction motor. For domestic use it has to be a 1 phaze Induction motor but for industrial use it can be a 3 ph or 1 ph I.M.

25 HP is 25 HP, no matter how you slice it and dice it.
3 Phase induction motor is used in water pump set.(K.W-5.5,V-415,AMPS-CONN 10.35 DELTA,RPM-1450). Use for domestic pumps only 2 phase
The water pump and/or an electric motor.
Instead of hydraulic pumps, hydraulic gear motor does not work. Hydraulic pump hydraulic motor blade is used instead.
Hi there, A lot of the bigger boats do not have drain plugs. The bilge pump is used to pump the water out. Hope this helps.
An electric motor, if it lifts things - for example, in a lift, or water pump.

Air in water pipes is usually caused by bad joints. In particular this can be an irritating problem if you use a Jet Pump. This is a pump with attached motor on the surface. These types of pumps suck the water out of the well and can also suck air in through bad joints. At every place where a fitting is used, the flexible wellpipe must be heated to conform with the fitting and tightly attached with 2 hose clamps turned at opposite angles.Air in water pipes is usually caused by bad joints. Most likely a defective phase winding in the motor or even a missing phase in your power input.
Look for your belts, the water pump is driven by what used to be called fan belts, so there are a series of belts on the side that your water pump is located, so look on each side of your motor for fan belts that is the side that your water pump is located
