Well, usually one has to go through a rigorious training scheme that lasts 14 hours a day, and you have to train 7 days a week, for 6 months, none stop before you can pass to go onto The Academy of Sex and Art. After that, there are exams 4 times a year, for 2 years, and countless practical 1 on 1 sessions with your tutors.
Before you are allowed to fully have sex with someone outside of school, you must pass all exams fully, if you fail the courses, you will be branded with a no sex mark on the back of your neck, and you could be fined an unlimited fine, and sentanced up for 25 years in prison if you are caught having sex, without a license.
