If she practiced and loved good(God): Was unselfish, did unto others as she would have them do unto her; was meek, strong and focused; was giving, useful, productive, loving, understanding, compassionate; and most effectively if she healed the sick or sinful with the deepened understanding and conviction of ever-present divine Love; - then, yes -- to the degree that she may have done and/or earnestly striven to do some or all of these things, to that degree she was and is a Christian -- Christ-like.

No.

She was a member of Christian Science, which is in no way "Christian" by any biblical standard, basis, or perspective - sadly.

Audrey Hepburn was a humanist, she didn't believe in any religion. She simply believed that everyone should be treated equally.
