Gaea was the primordial goddess of the Earth. She sprang from Chaos and from her came Ouranos (Uranus), the personification of the heavens, and sire to the Titans.

Rhea and Themis were daughters of Ouranos and Gaea. Themis was the personifcation of Law and Order and Rhea was the mother of the new generation of gods (the Olympians) making her another personification of the Earth (like Gaea).

Eurynome was one of the daughters of Okeanos and Tethys, one of the elder Oceanides, and the goddess of underwater pastures.

It's important to note that by Zeus, Themis was the mother of the Horae, and Erynome was the mother of the Charities.
