The Irish are the only Celtic nation left somewhat unadulterated by the Romans of the 1st Century BC and still retain their Celtic Heritage through a thousand plus years of intrusion. The Celtic confederation spread from the steps of Russia to Turkey to Tuscany all of France, most of Portugal and Spain north to the Rhine river and all of Britain and Ireland from 600BC to 100BC. The Gauls or Celts (barbarian in Greek) sacked Rome in 364BC and the Celts were renown throughout the ancient world for their bravery in battle, cleanliness (they introduced to the ancient world soap, horse shoes, the barrel, 1st mechanical harvester and the roman army adopted their boots, helmet and short sword, also hospitality (Ireland is noted for this)and Law, the Brehon Law is quite unique and worth investigating. They were also known for their animal husbandry of cattle and horses....did you know that all thoroughbred horses can trace their lineage to Ireland? The past is best explained in Myths of Ireland (oldest in the west next to Greek and Roman). The History of the Irish by Seamus McManus is a great reference for a comprehensive view of the Irish , and much can be learnt from prehistoric sites such as new grange and Knowles, which by the way holds the worlds oldest celestial map upon its ceiling (over 2500 years older than the next known), Ireland also contains the most abundant dolmens or grave sites in all of Europe...and of recent, the oldest musical instrument was discovered under one of these dolmens...pre-dating all other known instruments by 1500 years. It was four pipes that were fashioned into a leather bag. Between the 6th and 10th century the vast majority of classical writers, thinkers, and speakers of latin and greek were the Irish, and from the courts of Chalemange to Rome, the Irish were the keepers of classical knowledge, Irish Christian Missionaries are the patron saints of dozens of European Cities like Vienna and Saxony. Prose as we know it is attributed to the Irish which may account for Ireland producing five nobel prizes for literature and many more of Irish descent.

How do you know if you were a vampire in past life?

Fortunately vampires do not figure in the re-incarceration scheme. In order to have a past life you have a past life in which you were alive. Vampires are not alive, they are the undead. So if at any time you had a past life in which the body from that life became a vampire it doesn't effect your linage, it is skipped over. In fact, a person could be re-incarated while his/her body from a past life is still running around as a vampire.
