Simba doesn't have a son in the official The Lion Kingmovie universe, but only in the children book series, The Lion King: Six New Adventures in which his name is Kopa. Officially, Simba has only a daughter, Kiara.
^^^^ There is also another unofficial version of Simba's son, Tanabi. He isn't very famous in the fanworld of TLK.
Scar doesn't have an "official" son. Kovu isn't Scar's son as it was mentioned twice in The Lion King II that he is not, but simply picked him to be his heir. However, Nuka could be Scar's son as he remarks about Kovu stating "Scar wasn't even his father", but it was not made official in the film, but only implied that he could be.
Scar had nuka. That was his only son but kova is his half son sort of. Scar's only child was nuka, Kova and his sister's dad is unknowen but scar wasn't their real father
