The Cullens didn't have a reaction because they were never there. I am sure they were fine with it because Edward talk to his father in the last book about what it would be like to have sex with Bella. He also talked to his brothers so I am guessing they were fine with it.

In New Moon, Edward believes that it is too dangerous for Bella to be around him because of Jasper, Edward's brother, that tries to attack Bella. At the start of the book, it is Bella's eighteenth birthday party. And while Bella is opening a gift, she gets a paper cut, and Jasper (unable to control himself) suddenly starts to attack Bella. The Cullens move away from Forks, Washington to protect Bella from vampires. Then, strongly depressed, Bella seeks comfort in a family friend, Jacob Black. Are the Cullens actually siblings?
No. While they have no actual relation, Edward; Emmett; and Alice share a surname while Jasper and Rosalie do as well. Obviously enough they pose as siblings to seem more human. On ther contrary Esme, Carlisle, Edward, Emmett, and Rosalie are linked by venom because Carlisle changed them making Bella in a way linked as well. The only blood relation on the entire Cullen family is Renesmee and Bella and Edward.
