Basically, everybody goes home except Kliinger, who decides to marry Soon Lee and stay in Korea to help find her family. I would suggest you go to Wikipedia and look up: "Goodbye, Farewell, and Amen." It gives a complete synposis of the 2.5 hour movie that ended the series. God Bless Wikis! :)

"Goodbye, Farewell and Amen" chronicles the final days of the Korean Action after the ceasefire. Hawkeye has a mental breakdown which shows the horrors of this and every other war. Sydney helps him recover, MASH 4077 is closed down, and almost everyone heads home.
