technically, its everywhere. long ago people began to settle in many parts of the world. America was not the first country where people began to settle.
The first people were the native Americans that come from Asia and the middle east.
Because in England they were forced to believe in the Anglican faith. The wanted to have religous freedom. Most of them were in the Puritan church which means that the wanted to purify the Anglican church by changing the beliefs to how they were when the faith was first made.
