No it is not true because Guyfawkes kept on setting plots up to kill the king when he was in the building and was planning to kill the people that were in the building aswell so that there was no proof that Guyfawkes had killed the king. This was all of Guyfawkes conspiracy. But he had failed, the government had found out that Guyfawkes was doing all this and managed to stop so then neither did that king die and nor the other people that were in the building at the time.
