The wife who was born earliest was his first, Khadija bint Khuwaylid. She was about three years older than himself and about 28 when she married him. Some sources claim she was significantly older than this, but they are most likely exaggerated. It has to be remembered that she was young enough to bear him six children.

The wife who was oldest at the time of the marriage was his third, Sawda bint Zamaa. While her exact age at wedding is unknown, she reached menopause six years later, so she was probably about 40.

The wife who was born latest was probably his fifteenth, Amra bint Yazid. Her exact age is unknown, but her first husband was only about 15 when he divorced her - and she was his second wife! So Amra was probably 14 or 15 when she married Mohammed, making her two or three years younger than Ayesha.

As correction to the above, Ayesha was 19 years old when got married with prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), The narrations that she was 6 or 9 years are not true.
