They used buffalo bones
Native Americans used buffalo for food, but they also used buffalo tongue for hairbrushes and buffalo bones for tools. They even ground up buffalo hooves to make glue.
they used the bones of the buffalo to make knives and they used the tail of the buffalo as a fly swatter!
I have a buffalo bone pendant.....

the bones were used for decrations, weapons the skin was used for teepees and clothes and the meat was used for eating and trading. plus they would use the skin of a buffalo to sneak up on buffalo. they did not make pizza out or buffalo but if you have some pizza i would like to have some

Indians did not have buffalo they would hunt them but also use them for skin tipi covers, hide robes, fuel , tools , weapons and equipment . They also used hoofs to make glue, they turned bones into ornaments and buffalo tails became a fly swish.
buffalo bones
They used the buffalo for many things. For instance, they used the buffalo's bladder as a waterproof bag, the hide for clothes as well as the hair, they used the bones to make tools, and they used the buffalo's dried dung as fuel. They used everything and didn't let ANYTHING go to waste! (I know I didn't describe the use of every part of the buffalo, but they use every part!)
they used it for needles, tools, toys, ......
That depends on which bone it is; many of the bones in a buffalo's skeleton have a corresponding bone in the human skeletal system.
