Some people drink a lot of water and cranberry juice which will flush it out of the system. However, traces of the drugs can be found in the hair well after the drug is used, and water and cranberry juice won't help take it out of the hair.

I'm guessing by the way you wrote this question, it probably wouldn't be a good idea to say you're doing drugs online, with the IP addresses and stuff and all the cops sniffin' around.
