If the president kept being elected so he would serve 4 years then if the country was in a huge depression/recession and he/she had a good plan they could be reelected again. AND if the original president dies and the vice president takes his seat he can serve for the next two full terms. Only if the original president's term is 2 years into it.
I think the Speaker of the House would be the next person to govern.
There are no term limits. However, the Secretary of State is appointed by the President, so it would be unusual for him to serve longer than the President.
The 12th Amendment would preclude Clinton from the office of Vice President. "But no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States." Since President Clinton can not be President again, he can not serve as Vice President.
That would be all of them except for the 43 men who DID serve as President.
Broly, for his power is maximum. Broly, for his power is maximum.
It was James Madison who suggested the Constitution allow for three branches of government. Madison would go on to serve as the 4th President of the United States.
How many i think would be 2 for a total of 8 years in total
It does not now, and any change would require a Constitutional Amendment.

No, according to the US Constitution, an individual can only serve as the president for a maximum of two terms. Therefore, President Obama would not be eligible to serve as vice president.
They would only if the President were first impeached by the House.
