Anorexia can commonly cause organs to become starved due to a lack of food and adequate nutrients. This can lead to organ malfunction or failure. Anorexia has also been known to cause anemia. The kidneys can have trouble processing nutrients and waste in the body, and can also begin to develop kidney stones. The liver can become strained and not function properly. Liver damage can occur, which may be permanent. With extensive liver troubles, janudice might happen, too.
Exercise will tend to only worsen this. With more exercise, the liver is forced to metabolize mroe food faster. This can become increasingly difficult in those with anorexia due to a lack of food / nutrients in their body.

Anorexia can create weakness in a person, which can lead to dizziness and fainting. This won't happen at an exact time, like before lunch, or anything. Usually it would happen after a long day of energy being spent without nurishment to the body or after exercise.
Anorexia is an eating disorder that essentially starves a person's body. Anorexics do not live a healthy lifestyle as they often weigh too little to be healthy, have many health problems, have detrimental diets, and over-exercise their bodies.
That is a general characteristic of anorexia.
Both bulimia and anorexia are eating disorders. Bulimia is characterized by excessive over-eating (called bingeing), followed by forcefully throwing up or using harsh laxatives (called purging) to rid the body of the food as quickly as possible. Anorexia is where a person severly limits the amount of calories that they consume in a day and exercise excessively to burn off even more calories.
Not usually because the kidney is not part of the reproductive system, but keep in mind that whatever caused the loss of the kidney in the first place may have had an effect on the reproductive system.
No sane person would recommend or permit / allow anorexia.
An anorexic is a person who suffers from anorexia.
You cannot "catch" anorexia. It is not an infection like a virus that can be passed on from one person to another.
If you are trying to help a person with Anorexia it is VERY unhelpful to try and shove food in their face, talk to them and don't try to control them
