Probably the power steering pump or belt.
Sounds like you need to add some power steering fluid.
Could be the switch between the front seats, or a fuse, or a shortcircuit in the wire with power from the battery.
Constant Velocity, or CV joints are used in front wheel drive cars to transmit power to the front wheels while allowing them to steer. As they begin to wear out, first you will notice clunking or rattling when shifting between reverse and drive. Later, you may notice vibration or grinding when turning. Eventually, the joint will completely fail, and the car will not move when placed in any gear.
More than likely... the power steering belt.
No, the CV axle only allows the power from the engine to reach the wheels. It does not affect the alignment, which is what will cause uneven wear.
Try checking your circuit breakers largefuses or relay switches for front power windows.
Unplug the electrical plugs underneath it, but be aware that this will cause a number of malfunctions.
Check fuses, circuit breakers and wiring harness.
Check your power steering pump A: check the front Left wheel bearing
caliper froze, brake line collapse, or wheel bearing out.
