In most states you would be guilty of a felony. The classification of the felony, would depend on the nature of the accident. For instance if alcohol or some kind of negligence was involved. Regardless, you have committed a crime. How could you give the wrong name & number? People who do that on purpose deserve to go to jail for being dishonest, especially if its only a minor accident. How would you feel if someone did that to your child and now they have to suffer with the monetary problems associated with that accident, and possibly move that burden onto their parents? Not too good, believe me.
an accident would happen... like you mate
They would be charged
What would you file a claim for? The vehicle is not yours and it's a minor accident with no injuries, so you have no loss.
it would be smart if stops the owner from reporting the accident
you would have to pay for everything out of pocket
God would take it because you're dumb and careless!
The community would get all the memories
The community would get all the memories

As soon as you can. Your insurance company would like to keep minor accidents from becoming major headaches but handling them quickly.
It depends on the type of accident. Minor fender bender can be repaired & you will still be safe. If you get into a serious accident where is goes into the passenger or driver compartments, & u get it repaired, it probally would NOT be safe.
They would lose there license
