California does not require that you "go thru a dealer". However, IF you are buying a gun from outside the State of California, it must come to a dealer in California. That has been Federal law since 1968.
There is no return policy on a vehicle. California just passed a law about this but I am not sure of the particulars. People mistakenly think they have three days to return a car and that is false.
You can purchase GM brakes through your local dealership or from your mechanic or parts store. GM parts can be sold through a parts store as long as GM has allowed the product to be sold in other places instead of just through the dealer.
It depends. You can purchase a shotgun or rifle in any state, as long as that state's laws allow it. Handguns, you can only purchase within your home state. You can however purchase a handgun in another state and have the dealer or individual ship the gun to a dealer in your state and pick it up there.
You have to be 21, have money, pass a NCIC check. That answer is true, IF you are purchasing a handgun from a licensed dealer. Most states allow person to person non dealer transfers as long as both people can legally own the gun, however a few states don't allow that so you have to go through a licencsed dealer.
The answer depends on where you are. In the U.S. it is perfectly legal to purchase a handgun from another individual, as long as both parites can legally possess the firearm in question, however, some states require the transaction to be processed through a licensed dealer, but most states don't require that.
Look at your rental agreement. It spells it out.
What makes you think you can just return the car back to the dealer? There is no return law on the purchase of an automobile. The cooling off period law only applies to unsolicited purchases and not to the purchase of a vehicle. You bought it, you own it.
Perhaps, but certainly not legally. Actually, it's perfectly legal in all 50 states to purchase handguns online as long as you have the handgun shipped to a local licensed dealer as a transfer, and as long as the handgun meets the requirements for the state in which you reside. I say the last part specifically because California has some laws that other states don't, such as a magazine capacity limit.
Yes. If you are not a licensed dealer, and reside in California, you may sell a shotgun to another resident of California so long as you do not have cause to believe they are under age (18) and are not prohibited from owning a gun.
You cannot return it. The buyers remorse law does not apply to the purchase of a new or used vehicle.
You cannot return a car you bought. It is a myth that the Buyers Remorse Law applies to the purchase of a vehicle. It does not.
I recommend you go to your local Honda dealer and purchase Honda Long Life coolant.
