Bottom line from Now in a spam of 5 years I would to see my self as a maanager as a fresher my designation would b process associate and then I can move on to next stage ie process developer then moving on to the next level of manager trainee with all efforts N hardwork moving on to next level which is assistant manager then after my performance I can b mvd to next stage ie manager operations this is thing which I decided in this 5 years tenure.
