He petitioned Celeste for a divorce in 2007. The date of dissolution on the CA Supreme Court site says 5/27/2007. He has an 8 year old daughter as of 2013 with a different woman, now his wife , so I'm guessing that may have had something to do with it. No one knows the whole story though. We can only hope for a tell all book from one of them!
