in the UK, leaded fuel was banned in the year 2000, it was replaced for a limited time by LRP(lead replacement petrol) but nowhere in the UK has any of these pumps in their stations anymore.
Other countries would have banned leaded fuel a different times

No, it won't stop global warming. It will help a little bit, and it will help a lot if everyone in the world does it. To stop global warming we have to stop burning fossil fuel. We have to stop cutting down forests. We have to plant a lot more trees. If we stop burning fossil fuel then we won't have any electricity or transport. This is why we are looking for better ways of making electricity and driving cars.

a leaded engine requires you use gasoline with a lead additive which helps stop knocks and pings but is very hard on the environment, but on the plus side the leaded fuel would actually lubricate your valves and other fuel system components like the floats in the carburetter a non leaded uses fuel with different types of additives which believe it or not still contains a small amount of lead
