You can get orally administered wormer from a veterinarian who works on farm animals, or you can get a worm and pour product from a farm supply location like TSC. The worm and pour also works on skin conditons and skin parasites.

Usually twice a year, once in the spring and then again in the fall. Farmers will usually worm and vaccinate before the cows are sent out to pasture and again when they are brought back in the fall.

That all depends on where you live and what dewormer you use. Some areas have producers only deworming once or twice a year (mainly in the spring, and again in the summer), and other areas require producers to deworm more than that, especially in a warmer climate.

In most areas cows are de-wormed once a year. The larva likes warm and wet weather so it should be done in the spring or fall.

Most people worm their cows once per season in the spring. In some heavy parasite areas, some people may repeat it again midway through the summer.

You could, but you really need to be careful what products you use because some may cause your cow to abort her fetus.
