You should wean them between 5-6 weeks, if you dont take them away from mom her milk wont dry up and they will continue to try to nurse you can start offering them dry puppy food mixed with warm water at around 4 weeks and fully wean them off the mother by 6 to 8 weeks.
The dam (mother dog) often has a lot to say about when they are weaned. As the pups develop they grow sharp little teeth that can cause discomfort for mom when they nurse. She'll usually start cutting back on nursing by about five weeks. The breeder will start supplementing the pup's diet with an easy to digest gruel and later with regular puppy food.
Most pups are fully weaned by 8 weeks old.
Its best to start around 3 to 4 weeks, then by 5 to 6 weeks they are ready for puppy food (Dry) by that age.
They start getting teeth around 3 to 4 weeks and doggie mom will let you know but around 4 weeks old soak puppy food in water loosen with fork and let them eat away
6 to 7 weeks
Usually six weeks
Puppy chow from the pet store. Preferably Iams, but that's just my opinion.
As my suggestion, You have to prove it to her that your responsible for a puppy.First you should ask her this "Mom, pls can I have a puppy" If your mom says NO. Prove more that your really responsible As your mom realizes that your really responsible. You should ask her again, by: Saying "Mom, I really want to have a puppy. I'm responsible and if I'm not responsible you could take the puppy from me. Please mom. I really Love to have a puppy. And if she says "NO" just repeat and maybe sooner she will say YES :)
