The top half of a tooth with a root canal in upper molar broke off is extraction mandatory?

You can just let it rot out. Or if it is restorable, get a post and a crown.

Is it possible to get braces on a wisdom tooth and a second molar only to close a space where a first molar was removed?

I'm a bit surprised at your question. I can't believe any orthodontist would put braces on a wisdom tooth. Unless you're asking because you want to have this done. Secondly, closing the space that a lost tooth has caused is asking a lot. Having a tooth removed will most likely throw off the alignment of all of your teeth. I'm not a dentist but it sounds like you need a crown or a post where the missing tooth was (or will be).

Is it secure to root canal the tooth of a 4 years baby?

If you want your baby to have healthy and perfectly aligned permanent teeth, then yes, get that root canal treatment done. The reason behind this is that, if your dentist has suggested a root canal treatment then the condition of the tooth is already bad. the first tooth to naturally fall off in kids is at the age of 6. So, to preserve the space of the successors to come this milk tooth should be there. Also, if the milk tooth has infection it can harm the permanent tooth underneath it.

What is the definition of hatching?

Molars touch cusp to cusp?

Molars have projections that come off of them called cusps. The projections that are closer to the cheek on a top molar should contact no tooth structure, while the inside cusps should go between the cusps of the bottom tooth to rest in this pocket. The bottom tooth's cusps are just the opposite: the inside cusp touches no tooth structure while the cusps closer to the cheek go in between the cusps of the top tooth. When molars touch cusp to cusp, this causes strain on the mouth, along with the TMJ. This can lead to more severe problems in the future.
