BIGGER than the universe... if christopher paolini does a good job, that is
I'm guessing by "realising" you mean "releasing". Nobody knows. Probably not even Christopher Paolini himself. The book isn't finished yet, and there has been no release date announced.
As of now, there is no official release date for a fourth Eragon book. The author, Christopher Paolini, has mentioned potential future books in the series, but there has been no concrete information on when it will be released.
From the start of the Inheritance Cycle, Christopher Paolini has had an image of what he wants the books to be. He has decided that four books is the number that would best fulfill that image.
He apparently has most of it completed, but he is spending time with his family over the holidays. Book 4 will most likely be completed some time in 2011, since it takes him about 2-3 years to publish a new novel.
The release date is currently unknown.
As of now, no official announcement has been made regarding the release of Inheritance Book 5. Christopher Paolini, the author of the series, has expressed interest in returning to the world of Alagaësia, but there is no confirmed timeline for a new book.
2010 Actually it's November this year(2011) it is called Inheritance, it will feature a few deaths, a new rider and his/her green dragon, fall of galbatorix and Eragon leaving Alagaesia forever.
"Eragon Book 4" does not exist. The Inheritance Cycle by Christopher Paolini consists of four books—Eragon, Eldest, Brisingr, and Inheritance. The audiobooks of these novels are the same as the physical copies of the books, just in audio format.
He intends to continue writing about events in Alagaesia, but Eragon's story is more or less finished, and the Inheritance cycle complete. Many speculate that he will write about dragon riders in training to Eragon and their repopulation of the continent as the ultimate peace-keepers.
