No. There is an offshore area in the Atlantic that Angola claims as its coastal waters, and articles relating to the discovery of oil off Angola's coast sometimes use the term… Angola sea. In this application, it is used just to denote the Angola territorial waters. That's with the small "s" in sea. It is not "Angola Sea" as is being asked here. There is no Angola Sea as such. The coastal waters of Angola are part of the South Atlantic Ocean.
