Prophet Hazrat Muahmmad (SAW) didn't write the Qur'an. He didn't know how to write. He was never educated or taught by any teacher. The Qur'an is revealed to him bit by bit. It took about 23 years to be completed. The last Ayaat were revealed to him a few weeks before his death.
