Excluding the "reunion" recordings in the 1990s; the final recording for a Beatles album was 1 April 1970 - this was orchestral overdubs and only Ringo was performing from the band.

The last "real" Beatles session was 3 Jan 1970 - although John was absent - when I Me Mine was recorded for the Let it be LP.

The last session with all four Beatles present was August 20 1969.

What was the last picture of all four Beatles together in person?

The last time The Beatles were all in the same room was in 1969, at Abbey Road Studios in London. It was at the end of recording the 'Abbey Road' album. They listened to it all the way through, agreed it was finished and then the four Beatles were never in the same room all together again. My source for this information is from The Beatles Anthology interviews. Wasn't it two days later at John's house for the Hey Jude photo session?
