When will my voice break I have pubic hair and some leg hair i have also started getting dark facial hair and can sometimes feel a bump in my throat but sometimes not so much.?

The voice breaks soon after what you have described so not long now. The voice deepens as the larynx (Voicebox) grows and changes shape.
