There is no official release date for Reaper 1 & 2 On Region 2 UK PAL however UK sites like Amazon.co.uk and HMV.co.uk have the option of signing up to be notified "when this item becomes available" which kinda suggests that it may be on it's way...just don't hold your breath; it has been like this for 2 years!

No. They have different TV formats. The US use NTSC and our TV's are PAL. The only way to get around this is to either copy the DVD to your computer and re-burn it in NTSC format; or make sure that the DVD player is Multi-region.
