That time has passed - they didn't come out. There's nothing on the internet that I can find with a release date, or even that they are planned.
According to YouWantYouWant.co.UK GoGo's IV (Series 4) Power is expected in September, starter pack as well apparently

There are 80 gogos in series 3 which come in 4 normal colours and a rare laser gogo. these are not as rare as the ones in series 1.
