The CS12 is a fictional Nerf Blaster and only exist in video games. However, it is probable that of recently released blasters, one of them may be based on that blaster and be the real life release of it.
the Nerf spartan is a blaster from the Nerf game, claiming to have a 3 round burst fire and a 12 shot clip. this may be released but it seems unlikely.
The Spartan is now only full auto and maybe semi auto. There was reccently a vid posted on youtube of the spartan in shanghai markets. The vid is ,"3 new Nerf guns-unreleased". It has 6 tactical rails, 2 on top 2 on bottom and 1 on each side. There is currently no info on the Stampede release date. I do not expect Nerf to come out with it. In the video game it has 2 barrels with a maveric revolver on the back of each. Rev stands for revolver.
Nerf is not planning to release any gun with the name Spartan as of this time.
it is not going to be released! this is possibly 20th question about the spartan I've seen!
If the Nerf Spartan NCS-12 does come out, it will not have a drum mag (unless Nerf decides to change it). Because it is the Nerf Spartan NCS-12; it will likely have an extended clip that holds 12 darts.
The Spartan isn't going to be released. The blaster was already tweaked and released as the Stampede, which sells for $54.99.
no its not real!
The 'Spartan CS-12' is from the Nerf Wii game, and is not real. Any references to it being a real Nerf blaster is false.
I'm pretty sure that its coming out on dec 16 2010. If not, they changed the spartan from the Nerf video game into the stampede, which is already out.
It may vary from the Nerf N-Strike Spartan NCS-12 to the Nerf N-Strike Stampede Rev-12. Since it is Nerf's 40th anniversary, it may depend, because Nerf (Hasbro) have to choose the right "gun" for their anniversary. But the Nerf N-Strike Longstrike CS-6 and the Nerf N-Strike Deploy CS-6 is all ready released, due to the anniversary.
Unfortunately, the Nerf Spartan NCS-12 only exists as a fictional Nerf gun in the Nerf N-Strike Wii Game. But there's a hope that Nerf may actually sell these models in the future like they did with the Nerf Raider CS-35.
