A very simplistic explanation:
The movement of your hands together create a concussive force that is transformed into vibration. That vibration is conveyed to your ears via the atmosphere, where your ears transform it into electrical energy that your brain translates into sound.
potential energy, (the energy that remains that could turn into motion) turns into physical energy. after multiple claps potential turns into physical and thermal (heat)
The part of the energy conversion that you're interested in is from movement (of the hands) to compression of air ... i.e. sound.
It is transferred into sound and heat.

The activation energy.
Evaporation is the process in which there is a change of state from liquid to gas. Condensation it is the process in which there is a change of state from gaseous to liquid or solid. Evaporation takes place from surfaces, all the time at all places Condensation can take place on surfaces, or at any place in a gas, though it is often aided by the presence of dust or other small particles. Evaporation absorbs energy. Condensation gives out energy.

wave
Energy flow is the movement of energy from one place to another. This movement occurs at different speeds through different mediums.
CONVECTION
electricity
When we rub our hands, we use our body's energy to generate kinetic energy. This causes friction between our hands, which causes heat to be produced. Hence we feel warm.
The electric current
Movement and locomotion are separate terms. Locomotion is the movement from one place to another example, travelling, walking, etc whereas movement means motion in any part of body example, rotating our hands and legs, etc
electronic energy.
