This appears to be a Mozilla Firefox issue as I have this problem only with Firefox. I do not have this problem with I.E.
I have not upgraded my Firefox version in several months so that is what I am going to do as a first step toward solving this problem.

You might be able to do this by looking on to one account using Mozilla Firefox Browser, and logging into another on Safari Browser, you may have to look up for the downloads.
