On all cars manufactured for sale in the united states (left hand drive) you would push up on the turn signal lever to turn on the right turn signal.

Mine is located one the lower left side of the instrument panel. Right about where your left knee would be if you were sitting in the driver's seat. It is supposed to have a door on it with a handle on it that says FUSE. Pull the handle down and forward. Hope it helps.

you need to replace the flasher can in your vehicle there are 2 of these. 1 for the blinker and 1 for the hazards so make sure you replace correct one, they cost about 3 buccks and anyone can do it
